What investment options are available?

There are various options for partnering with North Portal. The two most popular are liquid investing and wholesale assignments. We welcome investors who have little time and liquid funding but still wish to participate in real estate investing. We offer these types of investors higher rates of return than most convential institutions, and in very little time, generally 30 - 90 days. The second most common partnership involves locating real estate investment opportunities for our partners who have expressed an interest in a particular type of real estate investment vehicle (i.e., high rish luxury condo, single family townhouse, 3-6 multifamily unit, etc.).
